Prices below are for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Each extra bedroom adds $20 and each extra bathroom adds $15. Residential cleaning is sales-tax exempt in Florida.

Nhung
Nhung cleans the way her mother taught her: top to bottom, corners first, nothing hidden under a rug. She writes the checklists, trains every step, and is the one who notices the fingerprint on the light switch. She answers in Vietnamese or English, whichever feels like home.
Weylin
Weylin runs the front office: your texts, your schedule, your photos and your invoice. He comes from restaurants, where clean is a habit rather than a look. He is the second pair of hands on every job.

Questions people ask first
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability to $1M in the name of Nhung Concierge Cleaning LLC. Hosts who need a certificate for their records can ask and we send the PDF.
What is included in a clean?
Every room: dust top-down, mirrors and glass, switches and handles, trash out, floors vacuumed then mopped with the edges included. Kitchens and bathrooms get scrubbed, not wiped. The full checklist is in your photo report after every visit.
What if I need to cancel or move a visit?
Move it free with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours are 50% of the visit. If we arrive and cannot get in, the trip fee is $50.
What happens if something breaks?
We tell you the same day, with a photo, no hiding it. Repair or replacement runs through our insurance. In rentals, damage left by a guest is reported to you before we clean it.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, and we like them. Tell us ahead so we plan for hair and paw prints, and if a dog is nervous around strangers, please keep them in a separate room while we work.
What products do you use?
We bring our own: professional products that are safe on stone, wood and stainless steel. If you have a preference or an allergy, say so and we use yours.
