These are the terms for cleaning services by Nhung Concierge Cleaning LLC ("we"). Booking a visit means you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Booking and price

Your price is set when you book, from the bedrooms, bathrooms, frequency and extras you enter. If the home is materially different from what was entered, we tell you before we start and agree the price together, or reschedule at no charge.

Payment

Card on file, charged when the job is marked complete and your photos are sent. Hosts may pay by Zelle by arrangement. Commercial cleaning carries Florida sales tax; residential cleaning does not.

Cancellation and access

Reschedule free with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellation inside 24 hours is 50% of the visit price. If we arrive and cannot get in, the trip fee is $50.

Our guarantee

Anything we miss, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free. The guarantee covers the checklist in your photo report.

Breakage and damage

If we break something we tell you the same day with a photo, and we make it right through our general liability insurance. Pre-existing damage is photographed on arrival and, in rentals, reported to the host before we clean it.

Founding offer

The first ten clients receive $25 off their first visit and their booked rate held for 12 months. The offer has no conditions. Reviews are welcome and are never tied to a discount.

Recurring plans

Weekly, biweekly and monthly plans repeat at the same window until you pause or stop, by text, at any time. Skipping a visit within 24 hours counts as a cancellation.

Safety and scope

We do not move heavy furniture, work above a two-step ladder, handle bodily fluids or pest waste, or clean the exterior of the home. Tell us about pets, alarms and anything fragile before the first visit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
